Aboutrika to lead Egyptain Olympic squad

Veteran midfielder, Mohammed Aboutrika, is one of the three over aged players to join Egypt’s Olympic squad.
The 33-year old has scored 24 goals in 66 appearances for the Egyptian national team and it is hoped that his experience will be a big boost for the youngsters.
Emad Moteab and Ahmed Fathi are the other two senior players who will join Aboutrika in the London squad, as authorized by FIFA rules and regulations of the Games.
The Pharaohs are drawn against Brazil, New Zealand and Belarus in Group C. They will face Brazil on July 26, New Zealand on July 29 and Belarus on 1st August.
