Michael Jackson had one last trick up his sleeve as he completed a top-secret video project before his final curtain call.
 
The Associated Press reports that the King of Pop finished production on the over-the-top 3D video, simply known as the “Dome Project,” two weeks prior to his death.
 
There aren’t many details on the projects because many of those working on the video had to sign confidentiality agreements.  However, two people who knew about it said it was shot between June 1 and June 9 at Culver Studios. The whole project took about five weeks.
 
In all, four sets were built for the “Dome Project,” including a cemetery, a construction site and a jungle. Another set features a huge picture of Michael in his werewolf costume from “Thriller.” Taping took place in sessions that often lasted until the early hours of the morning.
 
The video was kept so tightly under wraps that even AEG Live, the company that was promoting Michael’s 50-show run at London’s O2 Arena didn’t know about it. However, they said it may have been part of their contract with him.
 
The “Dome Project” is now in post-production and it should be finished sometime this month.
