Egyptian banks reopened on Sunday after worker strikes and protests
prompted the central bank to close them for three days last week
Witnesses said that "Dozens of customers were queued outside branches of state-owned banks in Cairo, while the branches of private banks in the Zamalek district of the city were operating normally"
