Suef University Council decided to create a Center for Genetic
Engineering and Biotechnology (GEB) to be a center of excellence to the
university transfer and absorption of biotechnology research and
compilation of cadres from various scientific disciplines and technical
fields The Center will contribute to solving the problems the field and providing technical consultancy and raising the efficiency of research specialists from the faculty and take advantage of views outside the university like ministries, industrial areas and organs of state service and the province of Beni Suef, in particular.
