 National network stations to monitor earthquakes in deferent parts of Egypt recorded earthquake strength 6.1 on the Richter scale felt by most inhabitants of the governorates of northern coast and the Delta and Cairo in EgyptMeanwhile, chief of National Institute for Astronomical and Geophysical Research, Dr. Salah Mohamed Hamoud announced that National network stations to monitor earthquakes in deferent parts of Egypt recorded earthquake strength 6.1 on the Richter scale in 7,15 Sunday morning in Egypt. The center of the earthquake in southern of Lebanon, a distance lies 700 kilometers north-west of the port city of Matrouh, said Dr. Hamoud. He pointed out that the shock felt by most inhabitants of the governorates of northern coast, Delta, and even the Cairo governorate, but it did not happen any losses in Egypt, both in the plant or rights.
